1. Conditions for exchange/return
Customers need to check the condition of the goods and can exchange/return the goods immediately at the time of delivery/receipt in the following cases:
The goods are not of the correct type or model in the order placed or as on the website at the time of ordering.
Insufficient quantity, not complete set as in the order.
The external condition is affected such as torn packaging, peeling, broken, etc.
Customers are responsible for presenting relevant documents proving the above deficiencies to complete the return/exchange of goods.
2. Regulations on notification time and sending of returned products
Return notification time: within 48 hours from receipt of the product in case the product is missing accessories, gifts or broken.
Time to send and return the product: within 14 days from receipt of the product.
